Keith Butler became Polemarch in the summer of 2024. He succeeds Brother Tony Anderson who served in the position from 2022 to 2024.
Keith is a native Memphian. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He received a Master of Science in education and leadership from the University of Memphis as well as a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Memphis.
He has been a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated since 1999. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman over several committees. One of the fraternity’s main objectives is service. Keith and his brethren have served their community by adopting an elementary school and establishing a leadership and mentoring program for young men. As his tenure continues, one of his primary goals is consistent emphasis on uplifting young men and helping to align the mission of Kappa to better support the greater Knoxville area.
